2010 State Ballot Measures

Ballot Titles for SQ 744 and SQ 754
SQ 744 amends the Oklahoma Constitution to require that the state's expenditure per student in common schools be no less than the average spent among surrounding states. SQ 754 is a counter measure which would limit the power of the Oklahoma Constitution to control the legislative appropriations process.
